About Dockside Charcuterie
We create & deliver gourmet charcuterie boxes for Huntsville and the surrounding area! Our boxes are filled with a variety of meats, cheeses, crackers, nuts, dips and something sweet!
Packed with fresh and delicious foods, you won’t hesitate to dive in.
My name is Lauren and I am a mother to a happy baby boy named Bennett. The inspiration behind Dockside Charcuterie came this Father’s Day when I was scrambling for a last-minute gift! I wanted to create something exciting we could enjoy together. Naturally, this involved food!
Our Boxes
All of our charcuterie boxes are a unique creation working with seasonal foods to ensure we deliver the best quality product. Each box is fresh and made to order with it’s own unique flair.
